OneUp announces the new V3 sdropper eatpost: lighter, smoother and more reliable.
Significantly lighter, the new version of OneUp's dropper seatpost includes many other improvements.
OneUp Components has introduced its new third-generation telescopic post to the market. After a few years of success aboard its award-winning V2 post, the Squamish, BC-based company has made some important changes to its V3 post. Oneup has made its new post lighter, with a longer stroke, smoother and more reliable than its previous offering.
Lighter.
This is an infinitely adjustable seatpost and the lightest on the market on any course. It's even lighter than the lightweight XC-specific seatposts. The V3 is available in the widest range of travel options and is suitable for all rider weights and riding styles.
The design has been simplified as much as possible and the weight reduced of almost every part to make the V3 60 to 70 grams lighter than the previous V2. The biggest weight saving comes from the new hydraulic cartridge that never needs to be filled.
Softer.
It takes 75% less drive force to release the saddle, has ultra-low-friction self-lubricating IGUS® bushings and a low-friction SKF® seal that keeps the V3 running smoother for longer, with less maintenance.
